A strong week across the ACE Group, focused on people, performance and continued investment in our operations.
Last Friday, we welcomed team members from across the group to our Canning Vale site for a visit and BBQ breakfast. It was a great opportunity to connect, share insights, and reinforce the collaborative culture that underpins everything we do.
We also took delivery of a new forklift at Canning Vale, another step in our ongoing investment in equipment, safety, and operational efficiency across the group.
These moments reflect the ACE Group’s commitment to building capable teams, modern facilities, and reliable solutions for our clients.

Behind the scenes, a dedicated working group led by the procurement team is actively designing how materials and stock will move through the workshop. The focus is on ensuring a seamless transition, with no disruption to operations during the move or once the site is fully operational. This planning is deliberately future-focused, optimising layout, storage, access and material flow to drive efficiency, scalability and long-term productivity.
As a reminder, a centralised site visit for Wangara and Henderson staff who wish to view our new facility will take place on 6 February. Bus pickup will be at 9 am, with a return scheduled for 12 noon, and a BBQ breakfast will be provided.

A dedicated working group is actively developing the layout to establish a safe, efficient and practical workspace that supports how we actually operate. This includes thoughtful planning around material flow, equipment placement, access, segregation and safety-critical interfaces.
The upcoming site visit is an important opportunity for everyone to see the space firsthand, and start building a shared view of how we’ll work together in the new facility.
